With a traditional U shaped kitchen, our client wanted us to create a modern, dynamic space that is functional as well as open, offering a social area to sit, have a coffee, and take in the views of the sea.

To put in the downdraft we had to carry out more detailed analysis of the ducting route due to the location of the property.

The previous kitchen did not fill the room so we were able to maximise the available space, providing more room for the cooker and a full height fridge.

We ripped the old kitchen out, took up the floor, plastered some walls and fitted the kitchen.
